Terms of Service
Last updated: September 23, 2026
1. The service
Cardly lets you create, customize, and share a personal digital profile card. By creating an account or using a card, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the content you put on your card and for keeping your password safe.
- One person or entity per account. You must provide accurate information.
- You may stop using Cardly at any time and ask us to delete your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use Cardly to:
- impersonate another person or mislead about your identity;
- publish illegal, hateful, harassing, or adult content;
- upload photos you do not have the right to use;
- attack the service (scanning, spamming, scraping at scale, or trying to access other accounts).
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Premium tier (early access)
Cardly is in early access: all features are currently provided free of charge. If a paid Premium tier is introduced later, these terms will be updated with its price and payment conditions before any charge happens.
5. Availability and changes
- We work hard to keep Cardly available, but we offer it "as is" without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your card.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost data, lost profits, business interruption) resulting from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Tunisia.
